Little Circles SMS program

Little Circles is a mobile and web application that helps caregivers schedule and coordinate playdates for their children. We use SMS only for transactional messages: one-time verification codes when a caregiver verifies their phone number, and optional playdate reminder texts for confirmed events. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

How caregivers opt in

During onboarding (Your Profile), a caregiver enters a mobile phone number for caregiver verification. Providing a phone number does not by itself consent to SMS. Before any SMS is sent, they must check a separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox with full disclosure language. The Send verification code button stays disabled until that box is checked. We send SMS only after the caregiver checks the box and taps Send verification code. Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are linked from the disclosure and are not bundled into the SMS consent checkbox. Age confirmation (18+) is collected on a separate screen at account creation.

Mobile phone number

By checking, you consent to receive automated SMS from Little Circles at this number, including one-time verification codes and transactional playdate reminders (for example, 24 hours and 2 hours before a confirmed playdate). Message frequency varies (typically one code per verification attempt; up to 8 playdate reminder messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. What we do not do with SMS

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
