Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using Little Circles (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. The Service is provided to caregivers (18 years or older) for coordinating playdates among families they know and trust.
2. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, including a phone number you control when completing SMS verification.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or harassing purposes.
- Upload content that violates others’ rights or applicable law.
- Attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or verification requirements.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.
4. SMS verification
Phone verification via SMS is required during onboarding. By requesting a verification code, you consent to receive a one-time SMS for that purpose. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS compliance page for disclosure details.
5. Children’s data
Children do not create accounts. Caregivers provide children’s information under their account and must confirm they have authority and any required consent to do so, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Little Circles does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Caregivers remain responsible for supervising children and for decisions about playdates and guests.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Circles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited as permitted under applicable law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as described in our Privacy Policy. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
